Saucer Magnolia
There's a tree, a tree on the other side of the street from my office window. This tree is drooping with enormous pink and white blooms. To stand under this tree and take in its scent as petals float around you is enough to complete your day.

When my husband proposed he had magnolias with him. I can't see them without thinking of the trees all over the campus where we lived and all the memories that go with it.
