When my sister was in town, we subjected her to a little something Mike likes to call Speed Tourism. This is how she summed up the experience:

Exploring the Bay area was also great.  Mike planned

a very efficient day.  Sarah did great with the pace.

Myself, I was trying to eat a scone, drink tea, talk and

sprint walk without choking. 

This from a woman who has run multiple marathons, given birth to three children, and lived through a Wisconsin winter - all without the benefit of drugs. It took just one day with Mike to break her. Yup. Sarah is going to have to be one tough girl. From the looks of things, I don't think that will be a problem.
