Pin Cushion

Sarah had to get shots today. I just want to know why full-sized, adult, bigger than spear needles had to be used and why there was a need to use a separate needle for each immunization. She's a four month old for the love of God! Have they no mercy? Couldn't they mix the stuff into one batch and then give it to her via hypospray - Star Trek style? I need to get Mike to stop wasting all of his super brain power on poo (come on, poo plants? that's not going to do much for humanity) and start working on ways to eliminate owies from Sarah's life.

On the bright side, she handled it all very well. I think the pain conditioning we've been performing at home helped quite a bit. I, on the other hand, am not doing so well. I'm going to have some chocolate cake and ice cream and see if that helps.
