Niko Bye-Bye Airplane

We had the pleasure of having our good friend Niko fly out all the way from Zurich and spend last week with us. He said he was here for a conference, but we think it was just an excuse to have greasy fast food and drive a giant SUV while sipping on coffee and talking on his cell phone - just like an American. Whatever his reason was for visiting, we were all glad to see him again.



Sarah thought he was pretty cool since he first walked in the door, but after he picked up the guitar and played her favorite song, "Lola", she got googly-eyed and planted the biggest, slimiest kiss right on his German lips. She became his biggest fan. She still can't stop talking about "Naku". I think she'll forever have a special place in her heart for tall, guitar playing, physicists.
