United Nations. That's what a Palo Alto park feels like. The blend of languages, skin tones and races is stunning after living in this monotone land. At one point, Sarah said, "That's not Spanish" while listening to a Russian family speak. The lack of exposure to such fantastic differences is what saddens me most about leaving that area. The cost of living, not so much.
