With extreme dread, we began the drive home. We dreaded the long hours in the car. We dreaded the cold temperatures and sleeping flowers that awaited our return. But, we were anxious to get back into our beds and to be a whole family again. As a small reward for too many hours in the car, the sun shone on Shasta. The end.
