Weekend Review

We had a quiet weekend. Before the rain started on Saturday morning, I made a quick trip to the Farmer's Market in Palo Alto. We discovered a bread stand there that has the best almond and chocolate croissants. As wonderful as it sounds, this can not become a weekly ritual (our arteries can't take it). Unless, the ritual becomes a bit more active. Maybe, we could run to the Farmer's Market, ride a bike out to a dairy for some milk, and then hop on a kayak to rendezvous with Juan Valdez for a cup of Colombian goodness. Or, we could just have fruit for breakfast. Oh, but the croissants are so good. I'll tell Juan hello for you.

The only other bit of excitement was that I managed to lock myself out of the house yesterday (don't ask). Of course, Sarah was in my arms. Luckily(?), this old house isn't exactly burglar proof. So, I managed to remove a screen, open a window and crawl through the window all with Sarah propped on my left hip. It reminded me of when I was about 8 months pregnant, barely walking, and locked myself out of our house in Acton (don't ask). Once again, I had to remove a screen, open a window, and crawl through a window. Surprisingly, it was a lot easier to crawl through a window with Sarah on my hip.

Here's a photo of Sarah. Mike thinks she looks like an alien. I think she looks like the most adorable baby - ever. (Can you say crazy mom?)

Sarah phone home...

Adorable.

Google search "adorable baby" and she's there.
